This is when you have to click the "CC" button on a Youtube video box to see subtitles. They seemed to have removed the hard subtitles and put in what I think is called a "soft subtitle" system for their videos. However, KBS seems just recently to have changed the way their English Youtube channel works. i.e., the show had English subtitles on and I would have been able to download that Youtube video and have been able to understand the episode. Until recently the Youtube video was exactly what was broadcast on television (KBS). I was going to download Youtube video of an episode of a Korean show that I like to watch on TV.
